兴义征费稽查处简介

         贵州省交通厅兴义征费稽查处是贵州省交通厅所属垂直管理的副县级事业单位。现有在职职工50人，主要职责是：宣传和执行有关养路费征费稽查工作的法律、法规、规章和政策；依法向车主征收养路费；对拖欠、漏缴养路费的车辆进行稽查、处罚违法、违规行为。
        刚刚过去的五年，是兴义征费稽查处快速发展的五年。“十五”期间公路交通事业取得了跨越式的发展，交通征稽功不可没。五年来，兴义征稽处深入学习贯彻落实党的十六大和十六届三中、四中、五中全会精神，以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，以创建和谐征稽为目标，全面落实科学发展观，坚持以人为本，深化征稽改革，强化征稽管理，坚持科学创新，加强队伍建设，规范执法行为，树立服务意识，克服困难，克尽职守，甘当铺路石，规费征收保持稳步增长，各项工作事业均取得了突出成绩，为公路交通事业作出了积极的贡献。“十五”期间共征收养路费近3亿元，年均增长15％。2005年养路费收入突破9千万。预计在“十一五”的开头年将突破一亿元大关。
        在“十一五”期间兴义征稽处将进一步贯彻落实党的十六届五中全会精神和中央经济工作会议精神，以科学发展观为指导，紧紧抓住和谐发展这个主题，真正把以人为本和科学发展落实到实际工作中去，继续优化征稽管理，提升服务质量，完善便民措施，和谐征缴关系，弘扬征稽文化，树好征稽形象，做好规费的征收工作，不断开创兴义征稽事业的发展。
